Handy rate: $85

Painting rate: $60

 

(5% discount if paid in cash)

State tax: 7.25% on supplies

Supply mark-up: 20%  

Parking: If applicable in your neighborhood

Cash, Check, Venmo, Credit Card or Online through Square Invoices

Credit card payment fees: 2.6% swiped, 3.5% manual, 3% online

 

Cancellation/ No Show policy: Within 24 hours, 25% of estimate

Late payments: will incur a $25 fee after 14 days

Kelley is happily serving central San Diego County and will travel 30 minutes from downtown.
